Groupon Redemptions
Dear Groupon Customers,
Due to the increased volume of customers thanks to our wonderful Groupon partnership, Terra Organics will not have the capacity to redeem all of the Groupons at once but we will honor all Groupons as soon as possible. We regret that this means that you may not be able to receive your first delivery as soon as you might like, but we are confident your boxes will be delivered while the tomatoes are still local and red.
If you are not comfortable with waiting for your produce box, you are more than welcome to seek a refund from Groupon, but we sincerely hope that instead you decide to take advantage of our great offer and know that your time will come.

If you have already placed your order with a Terra Organics staff member then you do not need to fill out this form.
If you purchased the five week deal for the Tahoma Farms CSA box, the CSA is now sold out for the year and any redemptions coming in after June 28 will be at the top of the list for next year.
We know that you did not buy into this offer thinking that you would end up on a wait list, and for this we apologize. Our network of growers and our own farm cannot instantaneously increase production as rapidly as demand requires. Please understand that this plan ensures that the quality of our product and a level of service that we pride ourselves on does not deteriorate. We thank you for your understanding and we look forward to delivering some really good food from our local farmers to you soon.

Hi! Just read your notice on your website. Did you also send this out by email. I am afraid that your rep had a hard time understanding my email address and want to make sure that you have it correct. I am anxious to start my delivery, Can I pay to start delivery and you credit the account for my groupon when the time comes?

JJ – You are in our system and set to receive your first delivery this Friday. We also have updated your email address.
We can’t send out this notice via email because we were not supplied email addresses by Groupon. We are using our website to communicate the information as best as possible and, of course, if people call in to redeem the Groupon they are apprised of the situation.

Elliot,
When will you be “caught up” and be able to take orders when we choose to redeem? I travel, and can’t take part in a roulette of whenever my turn comes due. I also would rather choose which produce box I try instead of ending up with a box of things which maybe I don’t like.

Jaden, you do get to select which produce box you’d like to try and if you signed up today your first delivery would be July 13. We also can work with you to schedule a start date later than July 13 if that works better with your schedule. Just indicate so in your form or email us at info@terra-organics.com.

My family and I have been enjoying the very fresh and wonderfully tasty fruits and vegetables from Terra Organic’s for over 2 years. Anyone considering them will not be disappointed. Well worth the wait and trying new veggies with new recipes is half the fun.

Hey there,
I submitted my groupon order, or at least I hope I did, a week and a half ago and I didn’t hear anything back. I thought perhaps I had incorrectly completed the form, especially given that I couldn’t login with my customer info, so I tried to resubmit today. I was just wondering if either of those went through, and if not, what I should do to correctly submit my order?

okalee dokalee – so I was excited by the offer and bought 3 Groupons – now I see my first order does not come until September – YIKES?! Is this a function of the type of box I ordered or just the overwhelming demand? Is there produce through October as I was going to get 6 $25 boxes with my Groupons but now I am rethinking this strategy. thanks.

We sincerely apologize for the delay. It is in fact because of the demand created by Groupon. However, we offer produce boxes year-round, so we hope you’ll stick around with us. We promise you will not be disappointed.
